The camera systems up to 58 mm were specially developed for the optical inspection of wire ropes with diameters from 12 mm to 58 mm. They enable a detailed visual inspection of the entire rope surface and provide high-resolution image data for the condition assessment of wire ropes.

The FALCON F58 captures the rope surface with four color cameras over 360° and documents the condition of the rope in high resolution. This allows users to detect wear, corrosion, and other visible anomalies quickly and reliably. At the same time, the captured image data can be saved, compared, and documented over the long term.

A particular advantage of the FALCON F58 is the complete synchronization with the magnetic ROPESYS rope testing devices.
