Rope testing devices up to 58 mm

The ROPESYS rope testing devices size 58 were specially developed for testing wire ropes up to 58 mm diameter.

The R58 rope testing device, which can test ropes with a metallic cross-section of up to 1,800 mm², is ideally suited for haul ropes of chairlifts and gondolas, hoist ropes of large crane systems, track ropes of aerial tramways as well as for use in the offshore industry, mining, and shaft hoisting systems.

With the U58, track ropes of aerial ropeways with a maximum metallic cross-section of 2,250 mm² can be tested.
