Our magnetic rope testing also offers precise analysis, thus guaranteeing the highest level of safety when testing ropes. <\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Precise and efficient with magnetic rope testing<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Wireless operation and visualization of the measurement enable uninterrupted measurement, even in the event of connection interruptions. Once the connection is restored, the measurement can be resumed without any problems. <\/li>\n<li>The innovative sensor concept consists of two induction coils and up to 48 Hall sensors, which are pre-processed and digitized directly in the sensor head.<\/li>\n<li>Both LF and LMA signals are available.<\/li>\n<li>The defects can also be located in 3D.<\/li>\n<li>More efficient magnet types therefore provide better performance than comparable systems.<\/li>\n<li>External cables were also reduced to a minimum.<\/li>\n<li>In addition to the established expert system for inspection service providers, there is an automated &#8220;smart device&#8221; that automatically analyzes and assesses the condition of a rope. Thanks to the automatic self-check with direct target value storage on the sensor, you can rely on error-free measurement results.   <\/li>\n<li>Should a sensor of the wrong size be accidentally installed, the software detects this and immediately notifies the system to prevent errors. This ensures both correctly configured sensors and accurate measurements, guaranteeing error-free analysis. Furthermore, users can add photos to the identified defects, along with manual measurement data such as lay length and diameter, and link them directly to the corresponding defect.
