As every year, we planned several days to work together and actively shape the future of ROTEC.  <\/span><\/p>\n<p data-start=\"361\" data-end=\"810\"><span style=\"color: #808080;\">For this purpose, we traveled to the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.silvretta-montafon.at\/de\">Silvretta Arena Montafon<\/a>, a well-known winter sports region in the Alps. There, we rented a holiday home to both reflect on the past year and develop concrete strategies for the coming months. <\/span><\/p>\n<h3 data-start=\"812\" data-end=\"846\"><span style=\"color: #808080;\">Team growth and new perspectives<\/span><\/h3>\n<p data-start=\"848\" data-end=\"1414\"><span style=\"color: #808080;\">Despite some absences due to illness, the workshop was a success. The time was particularly valuable for new team members, as they were able to experience<a href=\"https:\/\/ro-tec.net\/\"> ROTEC&#8217;s<\/a> working methods and company culture firsthand.   <\/span><\/p>\n<p data-start=\"848\" data-end=\"1414\"><span style=\"color: #808080;\">At the same time, the team used the opportunity to exchange knowledge and clearly define common goals. Last year, our team grew by three specialists, and at the beginning of 2026 we were also able to welcome new colleagues.  <\/span><\/p>\n<p data-start=\"848\" data-end=\"1414\"><span style=\"color: #808080;\">The workshop strengthened cooperation and helped to bring everyone to the same level.<\/span><\/p>\n<h3 data-start=\"1416\" data-end=\"1459\"><span style=\"color: #808080;\">Team building between workshops and slopes<\/span><\/h3>\n<p data-start=\"1461\" data-end=\"1757\"><span style=\"color: #808080;\">In addition to the workshops, team building was also a key focus. Cooking together, skiing, and conversations away from the daily work routine fostered a strong sense of camaraderie. The <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ischgl.com\/de\/winter\/silvretta-arena\">Silvretta Arena <\/a>provided ideal conditions for this.   <\/span><\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1461\" data-end=\"1757\"><span style=\"color: #808080;\">This created intense moments that brought the team even closer together.<\/span><\/p>\n<h3 data-start=\"1759\" data-end=\"1801\"><span style=\"color: #808080;\">Cable car highlights in the Silvretta Arena<\/span><\/h3>\n<p data-start=\"1803\" data-end=\"2510\"><span style=\"color: #808080;\">A particular highlight was the insight into modern<a href=\"https:\/\/ro-tec.net\/arbeitsgebiete\/seilbahn\/\"> cable car technology<\/a>. Together with CEO <strong>Martin Oberhammer <\/strong>and <strong>Andreas Natter<\/strong> from the manufacturer <a href=\"https:\/\/www.doppelmayr.com\/\">Doppelmayr,<\/a> we visited the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.skiresort.de\/skigebiet\/silvretta-montafon\/liftebahnen\/l102756\/\">Valisera cable car.<\/a>  <\/span><\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1803\" data-end=\"2510\"><span style=\"color: #808080;\">Built in 2021, the 10-person gondola lift was the first in the world to use the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.doppelmayr.com\/technologie\/auro\/\">AURO system.<\/a> AURO stands for <strong>Autonomous Ropeway Operation<\/strong>. Sensors, cameras, and AI enable operation without staff in the station.  <\/span><\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1803\" data-end=\"2510\"><span style=\"color: #808080;\">At the same time, safety and efficiency increase significantly. Immediately afterwards, we visited the <strong>Panoramabahn 8-seater chairlift<\/strong>, also equipped with <strong>AURO<\/strong>. The comparison demonstrated how reliable and practical autonomous cable car operation is today.   <\/span><\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1803\" data-end=\"2510\"><span style=\"color: #808080;\">Furthermore, the potential for the future became clearly visible.<\/span><\/p>\n<h3 data-start=\"2512\" data-end=\"2557\"><span style=\"color: #808080;\">Conclusion: Exchange, innovation and cohesion<\/span><\/h3>\n<p data-start=\"2559\" data-end=\"2852\"><span style=\"color: #808080;\">The R<strong>OTEC Workshop on Cable Car Technology 2026<\/strong> combined strategy, team spirit, and innovation. The days spent together provided valuable insights, strengthened team cohesion, and laid the foundation for future tasks.  <\/span><\/p>\n<p data-start=\"2559\" data-end=\"2852\"><span style=\"color: #808080;\">ROTEC is starting the year 2026 with new ideas and clear goals, full of motivation.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #808080;\"><strong><strong>ROPESYS \u2013 Safety at the highest level.
